1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Products purchased during sale/clearance events or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Conditions We Cannot Accept

Worn, washed, or altered items.

Products with stains, perfume, or any signs of use.

Damaged items due to improper handling after delivery.
3. Return & Refund Options

Exchange – Available for size, color, or defective items (subject to stock availability).

Refunds – Processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Raise a return request via our [Contact Page] or email us at support@rangsootra.com within the 3-day window.

Share your Order ID and reason for return. For defective items, please attach photos (unboxing proof preferred).

Pack the item securely along with the original invoice.

Our courier partner will arrange pickup.
5. Shipping Costs

For damaged/defective items, Rang Sootra will bear the return shipping charges.

For returns due to size or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. Refund & Exchange Timeline

Refunds – Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Exchanges – May take 7–10 business days, depending on stock availability.
8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, the standard return process will apply.
9. International Orders

Currently, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is defective.

In such cases, customers must bear return shipping and customs charges.
